Programmatic and Financial Management Support

Compendium Federal Technology provides a wide-range of program and financial management services to various clients.

*Program Management
We created and maintain a Program Management user friendly data dashboard leveraging a proven product currently being used to manage PMA-272 AECM Acquisition, Manufacture, Customer program activities relating to cost, schedule and performance.

We also support/update Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) incorporating existing program project schedules needed to create a PMA-272 AECM Dashboard.

This dashboard is used as a Program Manager review tool needed for instant systems reviews, contract reviews, manufacturer reviews (i.e. customer reviews of deliveries based on manufacturing through put and contracting efforts associated with the delivery of respective system).
*Allows review optimization of program requirements directed by PMA-272 AECM program leads.

Financial Management Expertise*

CFT provided analytical services in all aspects of DoD acquisition management and were particularly strong in PPBES (budgetary and financial management functions) and Security Assistance Program (Foreign Military Sales and International Trade Policy) support. Additionally, our consultants have developed customized applications, conducted and presented detailed analysis of systems, processes and business practices, prepared and presented training programs and supported implementation of financial management systems.
