For over nine years, The Siena Group LLC has provided high-level training and educational services to private enterprises and the federal government. Generally, our training is conducted at the client site and is tailored to the client's specific needs. When creating a course or seminar for a client, we discuss the client's goals, the prospective audience and the learning objectives that are hoped to be achieved. This allows us to undertake a needs analysis, and then design, develop and implement the relevant training.
